Alumnus and community leader Bob Ledbetter Sr. ('53) was recently honored as an inductee to the Georgia Boys & Girls Clubs Hall of Fame. The Rome native has been a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Georgia Board of Directors for an unprecedented 47 years, during which he has also served on the Executive Committee, as campaign chairperson, and stalwart donor.
Thad Watters ('78) has been honored as the Boys & Girls Clubs' National Board Volunteer of the Year for his long-standing service to the Northwest Georgia region’s board of directors. The award was presented in May at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America National Conference.
As the owner/designer of Epting Events, Lee Epting ('63) has become renown for his impeccable taste, his attention to detail, and the importance his team places on the needs of their clients. He remains connected to his alma mater, having recently planned and executed last month's Brown Dinner for faculty and staff.
