Headmaster Tom Whitworth announced today that Upper School Director Max Roach will leave Darlington at the end of the current school year to assume a new role as head of Jackson Hole Community School in Jackson, Wy.
Yesterday, the student body arrived for our first Upper School chapel service: the installation of student leadership for the 2013-14 school year. This is one of my favorite events that takes place to kick off the school year because it highlights our dedication to the development of young leaders at Darlington.
I hope this finds you well and rested from a nice, long summer break. Here at Darlington School, the team has been hard at work getting ready for another great year. I am excited to share several exciting developments at the Upper School and bring your attention to some policy changes as well.
