Summerbell House
What are you involved in at Darlington?
Student body president, executive member of Honor Council, tennis team, stage manager and actor with the theater department, vice president of Physics Club, Summerbell head dorm prefect, Math Team, Senior Ventures
If you play sports, who is your favorite coach and why?
Coach Owens because he has always been supportive, patient and goal-oriented.
What's your favorite place on campus and why?
Wilcox Hallway because when I meet friends, teachers, and classmates there and we greet each other, I can experience the kindness and familial bond of Darlington most.
Who's your favorite teacher and why?
Mr. McDurmon because he has ignited my way of thinking. Due to the pandemic, we have built a very special relationship through a year of online classes. Also Mrs. Inman because she brought me here.
What's your favorite thing about Darlington?
The craziness during RUMPUS
Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.
Serving as the first international student body president
What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?
My height (literal meaning haha). My level of critical thinking and comprehensive view of the world by taking all kinds of opposing narratives into account.
Where do you want to go to college and what is your dream job?
Duke University and I haven't decided my future job yet.
