Darlington’s fourth-graders turned literature into action through a meaningful lemonade stand fundraiser benefiting ESP Rome. Inspired by the novel "The Lemonade War," students used lessons from the story to plan, organize, market and run their own stand. Through teamwork, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, the class raised an impressive $1,791.31 to support the mission of ESP Rome. The project was a refreshing example of learning brought to life while making a positive impact in the community.
