Six members of the varsity football team were named to the Rome News-Tribune's 2025 All-Floyd County football teams and one received an honorable mention.
First Team
Running Back
Jayce Donaldson, Darlington senior: Donaldson averaged over 10 yards per carry in a Darlington offense that leans on its running backs, while also averaging over 18 yards on each of his 15 catches.
Myles Twyman, Darlington senior: Twyman’s full body for work saw him average almost eight yards per carry with nine all-purpose touchdowns.
Offensive Line
Brysen Jones, Darlington senior: As the Tigers’ center, Jones blocked for two first-team running backs, earned All-Region honors of his own and was often praised by opposing coaches.
Second Team

Offensive Line - Lane Brasington, Darlington sophomore; Ty Wood, Darlington junior
