The Jordan Jewels spent the week learning about how volcanoes are formed and why they erupt or lay dormant. They also discussed where to find them, and what positive effect they have on our planet. The students finished the topic by building their own volcanos using water bottles, play-doh, tin foil and paper. After all of the volcanos were built, the kids were all able to make their volcanos erupt. It was a great end to our lessons about volcanos!
