Third grade is studying the human body in literacy and science. We were very fortunate to have a guest speaker, Rosie's Papa, Dr. J. Michael Ware, a cardiologist with Advent Health here in Rome. He shared his knowledge of the heart and all the work he does to keep people healthy or fix them when they need it. He told us about the chambers of the heart and how those chambers pump the blood and take care of our bodies.
