Second-grade teachers Courtney Cescutti and Stacy Albers are teaching their students about the writer's purpose and persuasive writing. Recently, Taylor Zhang ('24) and Ariel Xu ('24) shared information with the Darlington Community about their recycling initiatives. They were asked to tell the second-graders about the purpose of recycling and discuss how they have persuaded the faculty and students at the Upper School to recycle a variety of materials, including phones and batteries, this year. Senior Ventures is a year-long academic program built on a framework of leadership, innovation and community engagement.
