Could you survive Hurricane Natarella in the woods? This past summer, the fourth-graders read "Stranded," which details the challenges associated with a group of kids who had to survive on a deserted island. Dr. Natarella and Ms. Watterson challenged the fourth-graders to use their survival skills by creating a shelter in the woods behind Darlington. Once their shelter was finished, Hurricane Natarella arrived with gale force winds and heavy rain. These fourth-graders truly demonstrated their grit and collaboration while surviving Hurricane Natarella!
