Third grade is working to improve their music literacy skills using their recorders and their singing voices. Fourth and fifth grade have been hard at work on a composition project and will be playing their compositions on instruments soon. First grade is beginning to learn about how they can use their newly learned quarter notes, eighth notes and quarter rests to create their own music. Kindergarten is working on listening skills, how to hear different musical textures and how to show the change in music using their bodies!
