Third-graders were challenged to consider how posting selfies or other images will lead others to make assumptions about them, reflect on the most important parts of their unique identity, and identify ways they can post online to best reflect who they are. At the end of the lesson, the third graders programmed a scene in Scratch, Jr. that represented something that makes them unique. We concluded the lesson by reminding each other that we define who we are.
