Kim Kilgore visited second-graders this week to teach them about birds of prey. Students learned all about which birds live in Georgia, their physical characteristics as well as their habitats, food they hunt and behavior. They had the chance to see pictures, hold actual owl feet and feathers and see a real owl and falcon.
