Throughout the year, we've shared how The Darlington Fund supports every student, teacher, and program by the Lakeside. This year, 1,186 donors collectively contributed $1,309,994.50 to the 2025-2026 Darlington Fund, helping us surpass our goal of $1.3 million. Those gifts fueled another extraordinary year at Darlington. Together, our students and teachers accomplished:

  • Supporting 770 students from 32 countries and 15 U.S. states as they learned, grew, and thrived on our campus.

  • Creating a true home away from home in Darlington's six Upper School boarding houses: Cooper, Regester, Thornwood, Summerbell, Moser, and Neville.

  • Investing in 148 dedicated teachers, coaches, and faculty members who guide, mentor, and inspire students each day.

  • Celebrating 99 seniors as they prepared for success in college and beyond. The Class of 2026 earned acceptance to 77 colleges and universities across 37 states and five countries, chose to attend 60 institutions, and saw 51 graduates earn 121 scholarships totaling more than $8.2 million (excluding the Georgia HOPE Scholarship).

  • Enriching the academic experience through 22 AP courses and countless opportunities for intellectual growth.

  • Empowering 116 Advancement Ambassadors to continue fostering a culture of philanthropy across our community.

  • Inspiring creativity through performances, exhibitions, concerts, programs, and theatrical productions in the arts.

  • Fueling 76 athletic teams and academies, where student-athletes competed at the region, state, and national levels.

These accomplishments belong to our students and teachers, but they are made possible by a community that believes in investing in their success. Thank you to every donor, volunteer, parent, grandparent, alumnus, teacher, faculty member, and friend who supported The Darlington Fund this year.

Stay tuned for the 2025-2026 Honor Roll of Donors, which will be posted online later this summer and featured in the next issue of Darlington Magazine.
