Darlington senior Ther Kotchasanmanee finished third at the Classes 1A Division I-3A Private girls state championship golf tournament played at Twin City Country Club in Tennille. Her score helped the Tigers finish fourth overall.
Kotchasanmanee played a balanced game, shooting 1-over in her first round and 1-over in the second. She had the fourth-best score in both rounds, but her consistency out-performed those ahead of her.
Teammate Agatha Blocker finished 16th as an individual and made up the other half of Darlington’s scores. Blocker shot
Blocker finished 16th as an individual after shooting 24-over across her two rounds.
Also competing for the Tigers were Annika Kuo, who finished 34th with a 50-over, and Felicitas Koehler, who finished 40th with a 71-over.
