ELA-8 hosts "Janice Cox Day" to celebrate retiring K5 teacher Janice Cox and her 24 years of service to Darlington. The morning kicked off with a surprise gathering of the entire ELA-8 student body. We even had some parents and special friends join us! Mrs. Cox's colleagues had put together a video containing messages from students and families in each grade as well as some of her former colleagues. They then performed a song in her honor and presented her with several special gifts, including a scrapbook and a painting of the Thornwood Building on the former Lower School campus, done by Jennifer Moore.
