I’m writing to share that Jennifer Talley will replace Pam Sullins as executive assistant to the director of Middle School and the academic dean through the end of the current school year.
Many of you know Jennifer already. She and her husband, Jim ('82) are the parents of current students Sam ('13) and Jack ('17). She was also employed at Darlington from 2006-2009 as Upper School library assistant and, later, as a kindergarten teaching assistant.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She and fellow Darlington parent, Sam Berry, run a video production company called iSee Stories Productions that specializes in telling stories through pictures, video and audio. Jennifer has also worked as a substitute teacher at St. Mary's School and Darlington, and as a pre-kindergarten teacher at Rome First School.
Jennifer's first day was yesterday. Please join me in welcoming Jennifer back to Darlington and in wishing Pam Sullins all the best in her new teaching position at Kell High School in Marietta!
