Admission Tiger Experts help during Orientation Weekend.
Fifty-six Upper School students have been selected to represent Darlington School in the Admission Office’s Tiger Experts Program for 2012-13.

"Selection is based on enthusiasm and commitment to Darlington,” said James Milford, associate headmaster and director of admission. “The students are recommended by faculty or staff and also go through an interview process before being chosen. Selected students have a wonderful opportunity to develop leadership skills and make a difference in their school community.”

Tiger Experts represent Darlington at special events during the school year, give tours to prospective families, correspond with students who have inquired about Darlington or been accepted, and work in the Admission Office during their free periods. Resident Tiger Experts also host prospective students overnight in the residence halls.

"Our Tiger Experts have already been hard at work this summer, training to be tour guides and helping with various admission projects," Milford said. "Many of the Day Tiger Experts were very helpful during Saturday's orientation process, giving tours and welcoming new students to campus."
