The following college scholarships have been reported to the College Guidance Office from Feb. 7 through March 2:
Joy Diaz was awarded a $48,000 Academic Dean Scholarship from Virginia Wesleyan College. She is the daughter of Caroline and Levoyd Jones of Riverdale, Ga.
Carlisle Jones was awarded a $40,000 Dean's Award from Hampden-Sydney College. He is the son of Vivian and Carlisle Jones of Birmingham, Ala.
Leah Mayo was awarded an $88,000 Jesse Mercer Scholarship from Mercer University. She is the daughter of Cristie Smith of Rome and Kelly Mayo of Marietta, Ga.
Lauren O'Neal was awarded a $40,000 Faculty Scholarship from Young Harris College. She is the daughter of Cheryl and Lee O'Neal of Rome.
Anna Shea was awarded a $168,000 Academic and Athletic Scholarship from Furman University. She is the daughter of Janice and Tom Shea of Rome.
