The College Guidance Office announces the following college scholarships reported Feb. 1 through March 2:
Garrett Brown earned a $100,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is the son of Valerie and Vann Brown of Cloudland, Ga.
Lauren Hampton earned a $6,000 Dean's Engineering Excellence Scholarship from the University of Alabama. She is the daughter of Drs. Tricia and Frank Hampton of Armuchee, Ga.
Anant Leekulcharoen earned a $26,000 Academic Honors Scholarship from Savannah College of Art and Design. He is the son of Pacharee and Apisak of Pakkred, Thailand.
Ming-Gean Lu earned a $32,000 Faculty Scholarship from Philadelphia University. She is the daughter of Dr. Shiuh-Yen and Pao-Jung Lu of Taipei, Taiwan.
Tami McKenzie earned a $52,000 Macon Scholarship from Randolph College. She is the daughter of Debbion and Ernst McKenzie of Kingston, Jamaica.
