2025-26 Re-Enrollment Information

Grades > Pre-K to 12

The 2025-2026 school year marks a change to Darlington’s web-based operating systems and the parent portal. You will begin noticing these changes when you receive your student’s enrollment contracts on Thursday, Feb. 6.  We ask that all families complete their contracts by Feb. 21.

To ensure a smooth transition, the re-enrollment process is broken down into five straightforward steps in Veracross, our new information system.  The first two steps represent items you would normally have done during the summer. This new system will streamline many of our processes and provide better service and security to our families throughout the year.

Step 1: Review your family information.

We worked diligently to accurately move your family's information into this new system. Take extra care this year to review and update this information to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.

Step 2: Complete school policies for re-enrollment.

All policies are now presented in one place for you to more simply confirm your agreement, including items related to the handbook, travel, health and medical needs, and technology.

Step 3: Sign Re-Enrollment Contracts.

The Re-Enrollment Contract for each of your children will become active after the above steps are completed. Once the Re-Enrollment Contract is open:

  • Review the contract details and choose a Payment Plan.
  • Read through the Enrollment Agreement and commit your online signature at the end of the document by clicking the “Sign” button (you do not type your name and date).

Step 4: Register for VCPay.

VCPay offers enhanced security and convenience for managing all school-related payments throughout the year. Enrolling authorizes charges to your bank account or debit/credit card for tuition and fees. VCPay replaces our previous payment program, FACTS.

Step 5: Pay your deposit.

Finalize your enrollment for the upcoming school year by paying your reservation deposit. Click on the "Pay Enrollment Fees" button to pay online using a credit card or ACH bank transfer.

International families have the option to pay the advanced deposit by wire transfer. Once we have received the wire transfer, we will let you know.

Confirmation Email

Once steps 1 through 5 have been completed, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your child’s space at Darlington for the 2025-26 school year.

If you have any questions, please contact Matthew Peer, assistant head of school for enrollment management, at mpeer@darlingtonschool.org or 706-236-0436.

Rome Floyd Chamber Survey

Grades > Pre-K to 12

As an active member of the Rome Floyd Chamber, Darlington School is asking our day parents to please take five minutes to complete the organization's first-ever community survey by Feb. 14. We value the work of the Rome Floyd Chamber in our community, and our people benefit each year from participating in their leadership programs (Emerge for high school students and Leadership Rome for adults). Your survey input will help shape the future of Rome and Floyd County, and there's a chance for you to win a gift card!
