For students in grades 6–12, grades are available in the Gradebook section of Toddle. To access Toddle, go to the Parent Portal for a link to Toddle or use your Toddle Family App. Teachers are posting assignments, grades, and feedback so you can view both the individual assignments with the grades earned as well as the overall course averages.
Please note: Some student averages may not be displaying correctly at the moment and viewers may receive an error message on the overall grades page. This issue is being resolved, but in the meantime, parents and students can still view grades for individual assignments by selecting the Assessments option.
Darlington will be closed on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 2. Enjoy the day!
We are excited to invite parents to a special training session introducing Toddle, our new Learning Management System (LMS). This session is designed to help parents become familiar with the platform so that they can better support their student’s learning journey. Together, we’ll explore how to access assignments, track progress, communicate with teachers, and use the tools that make learning more engaging and transparent.
Sessions will be offered on Thursday 8/28 or Tuesday 9/2 at both 8:15 AM and 2:00 PM each day in the Thatcher Hall Library—choose the time that works best for you!
Owen Kinney, head of the science department, will be offering his fourth Spring Break trip to the Galapagos Islands and Quito, Ecuador in March 2026. Over his 26 years at Darlington, Mr. Kinney has led eight student/family trips to Latin America that focus on tropical biodiversity, culture, and photography. Jaclyn Haynes, Science teacher and Cooper House resident, will be joining the trip as a chaperone. The Galapagos Islands are a world renowned travel destination, offering incredible experiences for adventurers of all ages!
