DeLean Brandon

Former Faculty

DeLean joined the faculty in 2010 and currently serves as director of financial aid and coordinator of the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program. Previously, she was also assistant director of day admission for ELA-5. DeLean holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Georgia. She and her husband, Jody, are the parents of Ivy (’16) and Emily (’19).

Fisherman’s Academy: A legacy of enduring friendship

Over 40 years ago, a group of men started fishing together. From this friendship came the Tommy Brown (‘56) and Bruce Lanier Jr. (‘61) Memorial Fisherman’s Academy, a memorial fund which benefits Darlington students through its contributions to financial aid.

Darlington Community members to dazzle the runway for DeSoto Theatre

Several students, faculty and alumni will take part in Friday's "An Evening on the Runway" to benefit the Historic DeSoto Theatre Foundation and bring attention to heart disease and heart health. The fashion show, presented by Redmond Regional Medical Center, takes place at the Historic DeSoto Theatre on Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m.

What is the Early Learning Academy?

GOAL Scholarship: Pass-Through Entities Eligible for $10,000 Tax Credit

Did you know that there is important new Georgia legislation that affects the qualified education expense credit? As of May 8, 2013, Georgia GOAL Scholarship donors who are also owners of pass-through entities such as S Corporations, LLCs and partnerships are eligible for a $10,000 tax credit through the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program.
