Today, first-graders traveled to Runnin’ Wild Farm, owned by Darlington trustee Mary Helen (Wright) Heaner ('77). The children got the chance to learn about and meet animals such as watusi, long-horned steer, buffalo, zebras, camels and more. We spent the morning with the animals and finished our time with an amazing picnic lunch.
