In this #SeniorSpotlight get to know Lawson Brown, an 11-year day student from Rome, who plays baseball and is head day prefect in Summerbell House.                 

When you think of high school, what song comes to mind?

What's your favorite show to binge on Netflix?     
“Peaky Blinders”

What house are you a member of?     
Summerbell House

What are you involved in at Darlington?
Baseball, head day prefect in Summerbell House

If you play sports, who is your favorite coach?    
Coach Larry         

What's your favorite place on campus and why?    
The dorms

Who's your favorite teacher and why? 
Mr. Marshall because he is cool and he is easy to talk to because he is passionate about everything we learn/talk about.    

What's your favorite thing about Darlington?    
Being with friends in the dorm. 

Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.     
RUMPUS, our weekend-long competition between the dorms every year. 

What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?     
I became better with my social skills and my work ethic improved a lot.     

Where do you want to go to college and what is your dream job?    
I want to go to Samford University and I'm not quite sure about my dream job.
