Third-graders are learning about landforms, the layers of the earth, and how volcanoes are formed and erupt.
First, we watched the Brainpop video about volcanoes. (Brainpop is an excellent source for educational videos, activities and quizzes!) We then printed volcano coloring sheets from Quivervision.com and downloaded the Quiver app to bring them to life! We then took a quiz, colored our volcanoes within the Quiver app, and watched them erupt.
The students were amazed!
