Chad Zibelman, CEO of The Sonder Project, recently spoke at Upper School chapel and taught the Senior Ventures class about project management skills. He has spent his career working with non-profit organizations and was the perfect guest speaker to teach the class about clarifying objectives/outcomes, identifying the strategies and necessary components of a project, creating a time line, budgeting, communication, collaboration, delegation, and organization with the use of checklists. The class enjoyed learning more about his many projects and sharing their year-long Senior Ventures projects. Thanks to Tara Inman, dean of students for global education, for arranging his visit.
Senior Ventures is a year-long academic program built on a framework of leadership, innovation and community engagement.
