Chemistry students made ornaments to decorate a Chemis-Tree for the front windows of the McCallie-Kennedy Library. They converted the recipe for salt dough from moles to cups, made their recipe to check for accuracy of their math and then created an ornament to represent one of the elements. Students also created a super saturated solution to create crystal ornaments. As you can see in the gallery, a distance learning student joined in the fun from home!
