Eighth-graders in Mr. Eberhart's Foundations in Finance class have started an exploratory project and are learning about the realities of lifestyle affordability through the creation of a budget spreadsheet based on their potential career choices. In an earlier class they researched their dream career and what a begining salary would look like before and after taxes. Today they spent time house and car shopping while trying to live within their means.
