It was a perfect day for third-graders to pick apples today! Both classes traveled to the B.J. Reece Apple House in Ellijay, Ga., for the annual field trip. We picked apples, learned about apple processing, had a picnic and shopped in the orchard store. Students brought back many delicious apple products to share with their friends and families.
