Darlington's boys swimming and diving team finished 22nd of 88 teams at the State meet. These 88 teams represent A, AA, AAA and AAAA schools. The boys' 200 freestyle relay team (Kristopher Bryant, Scott Travis, Jason Lu, Jack Lynch) finished 35th with their fastest time of the season, 1:38.68. The boys' 400 freestyle relay team (Kristopher Bryant, Scott Travis, Jason Lu, Harrison Douglas) finished 27th, also their fastest time of the season at 3:40.89. Kristopher Bryant qualified for finals (Top-8) in both of his events, making him the first Darlington swimmer to qualify for finals since the 1980s. He placed 7th in the 200 IM, lowering his school record to 1:58.13. He placed 6th in the 100 backstroke, lowering his school record to 53.31.
