The Binns Family visited Darlington on April 27 to dedicate a special statue in memory of Erika Binns, who died in a car accident in 2005. Friends, families and faculty members filled the Cove, the permanent location of the statue, as Erika's mother, Susan, shared memories of her daughter and wished the senior class well as they prepare to graduate. The Random Notes sang Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" as students and teachers were invited to lay flowers alongside the statue.
