Spring sports athletes net awards: When Stephen Whatley, senior, accepted the James Carraway Soccer Award during the Spring Sports Assembly in Morris Chapel, May 8, he follwed in his father's footsteps. Lynn Whatley '67 won the same award when he was a student at Darlington. Outstanding sportsmanship on the soccer field, for which the award is given, appears to be a Whatley family trait.
