Thank you for Danielle and Nick LeClear for making their first gift to The Darlington Fund this year during Parents for Purple!
Danielle and Nick LeClear both grew up in Rome and have and lived here their whole lives. Danielle graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Public Relations and currently works as a product owner for Cisco Systems. Her husband, Nick, is a journeyman electrician who specializes in testing at Rome Testing, Inc. Their son Miles is a new second-grader this year.
Growing up in Rome they both knew about Darlington and knew the students to be at a high standard of achievement. There was never any doubt that it was where they would want to send their children. They said, “the reputation absolutely precedes itself.”
When asked about giving back they shared, “The first half of the new school year for Miles has been amazing. He has never loved school and learning more. The teachers and faculty have been so hands on and helpful. The parents have been so kind, welcoming and inclusive. We wanted to give back to Darlington for impacting our family so greatly in such a positive way in hopes it allows more and more growth in our child and his classmates.”
