The second-graders read the first "Flat Stanley" book last week. After doing so, each student made their own Flat Stanley that would accompany a letter written by them. These letters were written to family and friends all over the world and the United States and mailed from the Darlington Post Office. The Jewels are hoping that the recipients will take Flat Stanley on new adventures and document his travels.
