Weather alert, cancellations

A serious weather alert is in affect until later this evening. Storm cells are expected to pass through Rome around 3 p.m. today and could affect dismissals. If the weather is inclement — high winds, hail, lightening or heavy rain — teachers will hold the students inside until the cell passes.
Upper School ASA is cancelled; sports teams will meet indoors. Resident students not involved in sports should check into their Houses. Middle School sports have been cancelled, but study hall will meet. Lower School extended day is NOT cancelled but children will be kept safe inside the building.
