Vote for Darlington cheerleaders in spirit contest

Darlington's varsity cheerleaders are participating in Q102 radio station's spirit contest, hoping to win the spirit banner like they did last year.
Squad members will be on-air Friday, Sept. 29 from 7 to 7:30 a.m. Then, community members should log onto the Q102 Web site at www.Q102rome.com and vote for Darlington School.
Results of the spirit contest will be announced Tuesday, Oct. 3 at Coosa Valley Fair's annual cheerleading exhibition. This year's fair performance will feature all of Darlington's cheerleaders, including the Middle School and junior varsity squads.
