Volleyball hosts new tournaments

Darlington volleyball is keeping the Huffman Memorial Athletic Center even busier this year. Last year, the team hosted two new events, Tiger Volleyball Tournament and the Area 4 AA/A Volleyball Tournament.
This year, in addition to the return of last year’s tournaments, the team will host the Second Annual Darlington Volleyball Invitational, which had to be canceled last year due to the Sept. 11 tragedy, a JV Darlington Volleyball Tournament, and one of the two State Sectional tournaments. With the exception of the JV tournament, all of the events are varsity level.
