Two named to All-Area Girls' Lacrosse Team 2

Anna Grace Rutledge ('12) and junior Mary Lyn Stegall have been named to the 2012 All-Area Girls' Lacrosse Team 2.
Rutledge, who graduated on Saturday, has played lacrosse for four years and is a three-year letterman. A midfielder and team captain this season, she scored 25 goals and had 33 ground balls. She was the Scholar-Athlete in 2011 and 2012, and was also named Most Valuable Player in 2012. She is the daughter of Carol and Ralph Rutledge of Rome.
Stegall, a junior, has played lacrosse for two years and is a two-year letterman. She plays defense and had 42 ground balls this season. She went from being named Most Improved in 2011 to being Best Defensive Player in 2012. She is the daughter of Angie and Jo Stegall of Rome.
