Trip to Spain offers summer studies and salsa dancing

Darlington School is offering a one-month study program in San Sebastian, Spain for Summer 2002. The total cost of the program, based on 12 students, is $4,325. That amount includes airfare, tuition, home stay in San Sebastian, hotels, museum and cathedral tickets, and all the activities like salsa dancing lessons, museums, and horseback riding. Students will depart on June 11, with Upper School teachers Carlos and Marisa Ortega, and return on July 10.
Students participating in the Spain Summer Program will earn one half of Summer School credit. During the three weeks in San Sebastian, students stay in homes and attend classes in the mornings at Lacunza-International House.
If you are interested in attending classes for three weeks and traveling through Barcelona and Madrid for one week, please contact Carlos Ortega at cortega@darlingtonschool.org immediately. The deadline for the first deposit of $500 is due on October 31. The second payment of $1900 is due on February 11, and the last payment of $1925 is due on April 15.
