Tip-Off Club honors players

The Northwest Georgia Tip-Off Club honored several Darlington basketball players during its annual banquet on March 2 at Berry College. Senior Tyshawn Good was named the area's overall Player of the Year in the boys category. In addition, the Tigers were named boys' Team of the Year and head coach Jim Van Es was Coach of the Year. Players of the Year from each school were also recognized, which included Good and freshman Lindsay Evans from Darlington. Our players of the Month for January were seniors Nora Cook and Cole Allen; for December, they were Evans and sophomore Jay Stephens.
