The Hour of Code is Coming Soon to Thatcher Hall

Computers are everywhere, changing every industry on the planet. If you've heard about the Hour of Code before, you might know it made history. More than 100 million students have tried an Hour of Code.

This year, we plan to make it even bigger. Every student in ELA-8 will participate in the Hour of Code 2016 event during Computer Science Education Week, Dec. 5-11.

We encourage YOU to try the Hour of Code yourself—everyone can benefit from learning the basics.

Below I have listed several resources to help you get started. Everyone that completes the full hour will receive a certificate. We will showcase how each grade is participating throughout the next week!
