Teams dive into Huffman Center

At a swimming and diving coaches meeting held at Marist in September, Tom Sorci, Darlington head swimming coach, was inundated by requests from coaches at other schools to swim at Darlington because of the new facilities of the A.J. Huffman ’67 Memorial Athletic Center. "Last year, when the Huffman Center was under construction, I had to scramble to find away meets for competition,” Sorci explained. “This year, everyone wants to swim in our new pool." Practice began October 15 and the first meet will be November 29 at 5 p.m.
