School implements uniform requirement

For the first time since the founding of the Lower School, students will be sporting uniforms. The decision was made in response to last year’s parent survey, in which a large majority of Lower School parents indicated a strong interest in uniforms. The Lower School formed a committee of three teachers and three parents to consider this matter further. Upon completion of the committee’s work, the decision was made to implement a uniform requirement to go into effect with the 2001–2002 academic year.
