Rec Department honors Darlington students

Two Darlington students were honored at the Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Authority Awards Ceremony held this month.
Senior Luke Hyder received a $1,000 scholarship as the top male student-athlete from Rome and Floyd County. He is the son of Tony and Michelle Hyder of Cave Spring, Ga.
Senior Brittni Dulaney was among the 10 other top student-athletes receiving $500 scholarships. She is the daughter of Brian and Theresa Dulaney of Rome.
