Plans Underway for Alumni Weekend 2013

Plans are well underway for Alumni Weekend 2013, which will take place Sept. 27-29. Save the date! We will be celebrating classes ending in 3 and 8 and spotlighting Darlington’s cross country legacy! 

Tiger Pride will again sponsor their Run With PRIDE races and the school will host the 10th Darlington Cross Country Festival. All former cross country athletes are encouraged to return to campus and run on the trails where it all began! 

This past year’s Run With PRIDE 5K, 10K and Fun Run was held during Alumni Weekend on Oct. 13. Over 200 runners ran around, over and through the Darlington campus. Some of the comments I overheard after the race included, "This is the most beautiful campus" and "That was a really hard 10K, but so beautiful!" The race would not have be possible if not for our generous sponsors.
