Pilgrims and Indians powwow at Lower School

First and second grade students brought the original Thanksgiving alive with an Indian powwow on the Lower School soccer field in late November. Students set up teepees around a bonfire and first grade Indians and second grade Pilgrims convened.

The second grade also held its annual corn feast as part of the Thanksgiving recreation. Jane Cunningham shared an authentic Indian folklore with participants to make the event complete.
