Parents Association to hold used book sale

The Darlington Parents Association will hold the Fall 2001 Used Book Sale and Buyback in the library at the following dates and times: Thursday, August 16 and Friday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, August 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Sunday, August 19 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Book Sale will be operating all four days at the above hours. The Parents Association will buy back books for resale only on Thursday and Friday.
“If any parents would like to volunteer to help at the Used Book Sale, please call me at 235-7626 or e-mail me at bhughes151@home.com,” Bonnie Hughes, who is overseeing the book sale, said. “Virtually every student comes through the sale, so if you are new to Darlington, it’s a great way to get to know everyone.”
