Middle Schoolers prevail in all-state competition

Eighth-graders Katherine Lynch, Caitlin Murray, and Hannah Tillman have earned the privilege to participate in the second regional all-state audition. These vocalists are currently learning the music used during the testing in the competition that will be held Saturday, March 22. “These three girls completed the first audition in November with incredible scores,” Kim Tunnell, Middle School music teacher, said. Achieving success at these auditions allows these students to be members of the 2003 Georgia All-State Chorus that will take place in Savannah, Ga., in April.
