Lumpkin Accepts Appointment

Diane Lumpkin, Lower School music teacher, has been appointed lead teacher at the Lower School. In addition to teaching her music classes, she will be in charge whenever the principal is away from the Thornwood campus. Lumpkin will also carry out a number of other administrative responsibilities such as scheduling assemblies, making duty assignments and schedules for teachers, coordinating special educational programs and the Lower School calendar, and acting as liaison between teachers and parents in bus transport matters.
