Lower School gym gets a facelift

Thanks to Tiger Pride and the Booster Club, the Lower School gym is sporting a new rubber floor, basketball goals, and paint. Tiger Pride (Parents Rallying in the Interest of Darlington Education), the parent support group for the Lower School, contributed money raised from magazine sales towards the new floor. The Booster Club helped purchase the new goals and the School painted the walls. A purple stripe will be painted around the gym by Thanksgiving.

Tiger Pride, the parent support group for Darlington Lower School, supports the School by sponsoring several fund raising events to help purchase “extras.” The organization also supplies manpower for field trips and other parent assisted activities.
